A lawyer has a serious relationship to a client. They stand in for the client and represent them in matters that are very important to the client
Therefore, a client wants a lawyer that has demonstrated over a lifetime of experience that they have the commitment to ethics, education, experience, and helping others that justifies the client’s trust.
We ask that you be the judge about our firm.
Nevada Litigation Group is a full-service law firm. Our two largest areas of practice are business law and family law. Although the two practice areas may not seem to have much overlap, in fact they do. Business law is often comprised of disputes over assets, debts, duties, and rights. Divorces, especially complex divorces, often litigate over the same issues.
Our lead attorney began his professional career as an accountant for an international CPA firm. His achievements were quickly recognized and he rose within the CPA industry to management within the consulting practices division. His recognitions were too numerous to list but include being named a national representative for an international CPA firm, a 5-time recognition of his work as a VAR, and speaking engagements as far away as Denmark. He eventually started his own consultancy and built a highly-successful business as an accounting systems designer and implementer and installed systems in over 100 prominent business in Las Vegas, NV.
He then took one year off and traveled.
When he returned, he realized his life-long dream of attending law school. He graduated from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007 where he excelled: 1st Place Co-Winner: 2005 Clark County Bar Client Counseling Competition; 3rd Place Co-Winner: 2006 ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition; CALI Award: Contract Theory; Society of Advocates Member/Competitor: 2006–2007; Student Bar Association Vice President (eve.): 2005-2006; Family Law Community Service: Spring 2005; and law student extern at Family Court.
Utilizing his business skills, he built a law firm which was recognized earning the Ask-A-Lawyer Community Commitment Award for Pro Bono Service in 2009 and “Top Lawyer” in 2013.
He wanted to give back to the community and so provided discount legal services to many clients who (as is public information) faced drug, emotional, and family challenges.
He has a long history of success following him in both the theoretical world of academics and the real worlds of business and law. He understands what it means to meet a payroll. He understand what divorce feels like. His experiences plus his education has formed a very assertive attorney who will aggressively fight for you. Let him put his lifetime of experience to work for you.
